BRITA Aluna XL 3.5L Water Filter Jug uses advanced MicroFlow technology to effectively reduce impurities found in tap water. Derived from coconut shells, the unique micro carbon pearls in the filter adsorb chlorine and other taste impairing substances, while the ion exchange pearls reduce metals and other impurities.
Additionally, the MAXTRA Pro filter contains a fine mesh for reducing rough particles. With expert levels of filtration for different tap water conditions in Australia, this filter is compatible with all BRITA jugs and casks (excluding the Classic range). It is recommended to replace the filter every month or after filtering 150L for optimal performance.
