The distinctive EVOLV Cutting Board from Dexas is made from easy to use, durable polypropylene combined with natural coconut shells. The coconut shells are integrated into the board, and provide a beautiful, subtle color variation. The shells used are an agricultural byproduct, and would have ended in landfill. Dexas is proud to incorporate and "upcycle" these beautiful shells into our classic cutting board design. The poly material is food safe, dishwasher safe, BPA-free and very gentle on fine kitchen knives. The board is reversible so that you can use both sides to avoid cross contamination while preparing foods. Thanks to its modern design, and sleek look, this board does double duty as a serving board as well.
